Jim Abbott 

Jim graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree with an emphasis in real estate finance USC's Marshall School of Business and a minor in Policy, Planning, and Development. While at USC, Jim was on the USC Football team (2004-2008) as a defensive back and on the USC Baseball team (2008) as an outfielder.  He was a member of one National Championship Team (2004) and three Rose Bowl Teams.  Jim is also a graduate of Loyola High School located in downtown Los Angeles.  

While at Realty Advisory Group, Inc., Jim has shifted his focus from purely industrial real estate in the Los Angeles basin to a more concentrated effort on Venice Beach (Silicon Beach) and the immediate port areas.  Since 2013, Jim has completed  over $30,000,000 worth of transactions on Abbot Kinney Blvd. alone and brings an experienced, fun, and professional approach to the always lively Venice market.
